DAIANA TORQUATO

Daiana Torquato (born November 7, 1990) made her pro MMA debut in 2013. She struggled in the beginning, dropping three out of five fights.

However, she was never finished. Daiana knew she has what it takes to climb up the ladder. Won next seven fights in a row and got an opprotunity to compete in the Invicta Fighting Championship's (IFC) Phoenix Series tournament in 2019. She made it to the semi-final, but fell short to DeAnna Bennet.

Daiana got a call back from IFC, and challenged Karina Rodriguez for promotion's flyweight title but again, came up short, lost via unanimous decision.

She is scheduled to face Milana Dudleva in the IFC.

Daiana is a black belt in Muay Thai and purple belt in BJJ. 

She is from Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
