Jéssica "The Queen" Delboni (born September 7, 1993) is a Brazilian mixed martial artist, currently competing in the atomweight division of Invicta Fighting Championships (IFC), where she is the current Atomweight champion.

Jessica started training when she was 12 years old. Jessica started in Taekwondo initially to lose weight and it ended up becoming her passion. Soon, Jessica started to compete in Taekwondo, won many tournaments, and she became a black belt at age 17. This is when Jessica started watch some MMA. She liked it, and and decided she wanted something more.

Jessica started training in MMA, Jiu Jitsu and boxing. Back then, she was working as an intern at the city hall, while studying in school. Jessica said,"I took all my money she received from an intern and paid my monthly fees to train the 3 sports."

After high school Jessica started studying veterinary medicine, and, debuted in MMA at the age of 19

She faced Juliana Costa at HCC 12, won the fight by unanimous decision.

Jessica won next six fights, including 14-fight veteran Bianca Sattelmayer in Curitiba Top Fight 11, and 6-1 up and comer Liana Pirosin at Imortal FC 8.

On April 15, 2018, multiple media outlets announced that Jessica had signed with IFC.

Jessica made atomweight debut in IFC 32, however, outpointed by Ashley Cummins in the five-round war

Jessica flew back to Brazil, went back up to strawweight division, faced Maiara Amanajás at Shooto Brasil 91. She won the fight by split decision.

For her next fight, Jessica returned both to IFC and atomweight, being scheduled to fight Lindsey VanZandt at IFC 36. Jessica was once again won by split decision.

Next, Jessica took on the former IFC Atomweight champion Herica Tiburcio in a straweight bout, at IFC 42. Jessica won the fight by unanimous decision.

Her victory against a former champion earned Jessica the right to challenge Alesha Zappitella for the IFC Atomweight Championship at IFC 44. Zappitella won the fight by majority decision. Two of the judges scored the fight 48-47 in Zappitella's favor, while the third judge scored it 48-47 in Jessica's favor. All of the media members scored the fight for Jessica.

In December of 2021, Jessica participated in the IFC Phoenix Tournament, which was held to determine the next atomweight title challenger. Jessica won the quarterfinal and semifinal bouts against Tabatha Watkins and Marisa Messer-Belenchia by decision, and faced Lindsey VanZandt in the finals. She beat VanZandt by unanimous decision, with scores of 30-27, 29-28 and 29-28.

Jessica rematched Alesha Zappitella for the IFC Atomweight Championship on January 12, 2022 at IFC 45. She won the bout and the title via unanimous decision.

As of November 1, 2021, Sherdog ranks Jessica as the #6 atomweight in the world.
